Representative cases

Obtained a directed verdict in favor of a property manager in a claim for over $400,000 in damage to a condominium complex from a burst pipe in the attic.

Represented a trucking company in a Norfolk Superior Court jury trial in connection with a serious motor vehicle accident, resulting in a verdict in the trucking company's favor.

Obtained a defense verdict in a jury trial in Suffolk Superior Court for a plumbing subcontractor in a construction site accident involving serious personal injuries.

In a case documented by Court-TV, successfully defended transit authority in a wrongful death action by demonstrating that the teen's death was caused by "train surfing".

Subrogation
