Mary-Elise Connolly
Ms. Connolly concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial disputes, insurance coverage, and employment law.
Ms. Connolly's extensive civil litigation practice includes complex commercial disputes involving service, property, and financing contracts, breach of fiduciary duty claims between partners, shareholders in privately and closely held corporations, and trustees and executors, commercial leasing disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, and other tort litigation including product liability, invasion of privacy, false advertising and defamation claims. Ms. Connolly has counseled clients on employment matters and represented them in litigation involving claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, back pay, and breach of employment agreements and non-competes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Connolly spent four years as General Counsel and then President of a privately held national retail chain.
She is a graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies. She subsequently received her law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1992.
Ms. Connolly is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
