Jon A. Halaby
Mr. Halaby concentrates his practice in the areas of construction accidents, product liability, employment litigation, premises liability, and general civil litigation.
He attended Denison University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1992. He received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1995.
Mr. Halaby is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as Colorado, Ohio (inactive), the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
