Gerald S. Frim
Mr. Frim concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and arbitration, insurance coverage and insurer bad faith.
He attended the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics in 1980. As an undergraduate, Mr. Frim was honored as a Benjamin Franklin Scholar. He concurrently received a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania in 1980. Mr. Frim also obtained a Bachelor's of Hebrew Literature degree, magna cum laude, from Hebrew College in 1981. Mr. Frim received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984.
Mr. Frim is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. In addition, he is licensed to practice in New Jersey, and California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals (9th Circuit).
Mr. Frim is fluent in Hebrew. He is an active committee member of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston, and volunteers as a consultant for the Multicultural Orienteering Program of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel.
