Eric L. Brodie

Mr. Brodie concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and arbitration, insurance coverage, real estate transaction and litigation, intellectual property, and ERISA litigation.

He attended the University of Chicago and graduated with general and special honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1991. He subsequently received his law degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology's Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1994. While in law school, Mr. Brodie received two American Jurisprudence Awards in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Trial Advocacy, and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He subsequently served as an Adjunct Instructor of Appellate Advocacy at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Mr. Brodie has published articles concerning employment discrimination and litigation practice.

Mr. Brodie is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is also admitted to practice in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Brodie is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.

In May 2005, Mr. Brodie was named as one of Massachusetts' Rising Stars in insurance coverage in Massachusetts Super Lawyers - Rising Star Edition (Boston Magazine).
