Brian C. Duffey
Mr. Duffey concentrates his practice in the areas of construction accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle litigation, employment law and other complex litigation.
He attended the University of Massachusetts and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Psychology in 1980. He subsequently received his law degree from the Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, in 1984. After law school, Mr. Duffey served as a law clerk to the Honorable John J. McNaught of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Duffey is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals (First Circuit). He is a member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
