BIOGRAPHY

Mr. La Hait began his career as a claim examiner for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.  He has over 20 years experience handling complex insurance litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage matters.

Mr. La Hait has advised and defended insurers with respect to wide variety of insurance coverage policies including general liability, accidental death, homeowner’s, director’s and officer’s liability and professional liability policies. In addition, he has represented insureds in numerous lawsuits involving serious bodily injuries resulting from fire, electrical, motor vehicle and construction site accidents.

Mr. La Hait is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals (First Circuit).
