Biography

Mr. LaCasse has been involved in more than 250 superior court cases and 45 appeals to the state’s two appellate courts.  His litigation and appellate practice includes:

Mr. LaCasse is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Mr. LaCasse is a firm believer that community involvement is a civic responsibility. He gives back his time and skills to the community by serving on governmental, cultural and religious organizations’ boards of directors.

Mr. LaCasse volunteers his time for several pro bono projects including a local domestic violence program.
