Biography

Mr. Frim has over 17 years experience in civil litigation and insurance law, both in California and in Massachusetts.  He practiced in Los Angeles for 12 years, representing prominent thrift and loan companies, real estate developers, physician groups, and private businesses. 

Mr. Frim’s practice at The McCormack Firm involves analysis, litigation, and arbitration of complex insurance coverage issues in the areas of

  • Architects and engineers professional liability coverage
  • Employment practices liability insurance
  • Commercial general liability insurance
  • Excess insurance

Mr. Frim is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  In addition, he is licensed to practice in New Jersey, California, and the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals (Ninth Circuit).
