Biography

Brian C. Duffey has tried cases in the Superior and District Courts of Massachusetts, Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents, and the Supreme Court of New York.

Mr. Duffey has handled matters before the Federal District Court in Rhode Island and in New Hampshire, as well as Rhode Island Superior and Family Courts. Mr. Duffey has argued cases before the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals (First Circuit).
